Restless State – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

1. Sponsor

This promotion (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Restless State LLC, United States (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. 

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on April 30, 2026 at 6:00 PM EST and ends on May 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”).

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter:

A. Automatic Entry (Primary Method)

Subscribe to the Restless State email list at www.restlessstate.com during the Entry Period to receive one (1) entry.

B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without subscribing, send an email to:

support@restlessstate.com

Include the following:

• Subject line: “Sweepstakes Entry”
• Full name
• Email address

Each valid email submission will receive one (1) entry.

Entry Limits

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
Duplicate or multiple entries will be void.

Existing subscribers will be automatically included in the entry. 

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) t-shirt from the Restless State Best Sellers Collection

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $32.99

Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing within three (3) days after the Entry Period ends.

The winner will be notified via the email provided at entry.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules
• Allow Sponsor to use their name for promotional purposes (where permitted by law)
• Receive marketing emails if they entered via subscription (participants may unsubscribe at any time)

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues compromise the integrity of the promotion.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Restless State LLC from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

Information collected is subject to Restless State’s Privacy Policy.
