Restless State is an independent, in-house operated apparel company. Every order is created, packed, and shipped by real people who take pride in the work.
This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and fulfilled in-house.
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may increase during:
- New product drops
- Sales or promotions
- Holidays or peak seasons
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before it is handed off to the carrier. It does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Once shipped, orders are delivered via third-party carriers. Delivery times vary based on carrier, destination, and external factors outside of our control.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on order size, weight, and destination.
Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Restless State is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Carrier Delays & Lost Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
Restless State is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
If international shipping is offered, delivery times, customs processing, and duties vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
